From there, your monthly fee is fixed - inclusive of salary, payroll, benefits, and ongoing support.

We begin with a discovery conversation to understand your leadership style, needs, and expectations. From there, we thoughtfully source and present a curated shortlist of Executive Assistants aligned to you - professionally and personally.

Onboarding fee
Once you’ve selected your Executive Assistant, a one-time onboarding fee of $500 covers structured setup - including offer coordination, employment contracts, payroll registration, and initial compliance. We ensure everything is handled properly from day one, so your partnership begins confidently and correctly.

Fixed monthly fee
Your monthly fee is fixed and all-inclusive - covering salary, statutory benefits, payroll, employment compliance, and ongoing oversight.
Final pricing is confirmed once we reach shortlist stage, as it reflects the experience level of your selected Executive Assistant and the compensation expectations discussed transparently during the process.
