Primavera Talent was founded by Rebecca Lewis, an Executive Assistant with over a decade of experience supporting senior leaders across three continents.

Through years of working in fast-paced environments in both the public and private sector, she witnessed a disconnect between the support executives needed and the support they believed was possible. Many were overwhelmed, hesitant to delegate, or unsure how to find someone they could fully trust.

Primavera Talent was created to close that gap.

The Origin

For years, Rebecca heard the same words from the leaders she supported:

 

​“I’ve never been able to fully let go.”

“Hiring help has always created more work.”

“I didn’t know this level of support existed.”

She realized that exceptional admin support is not about task execution - it’s about partnership, intuition, and removing friction so leaders can focus on what truly matters: vision, growth, and strategy.

 

Having spent six years living and working in South America, Rebecca developed deep, personal ties to the region. She saw firsthand the depth of skill, professionalism, and resilience within its talent pool - and the systemic barriers that often kept these professionals from meaningful global roles.

 

Over time, it became clear that the traditional hiring model wasn’t serving either side well. The natural next step was to build something better - a structure that united trusted executive support with overlooked global talent, in a way that honoured both.

Why Latin America?

Rebecca’s connection to Latin America, and more specifically, to Colombia, is personal, not theoretical.

She spent six years living there, deeply embedded in the culture, learning the language, working alongside its people, and witnessing a blend of strength, ambition, warmth, and resilience that moved her deeply. She saw firsthand the excellence of Colombian professionals and the systemic barriers that often kept them out of global roles.

“Colombia gave me community, growth and so many personal and professional opportunities,” she says. “Primavera is my way of giving back.”

Through structured contracts, ongoing support, and transparent processes, Primavera Talent creates meaningful, long-term pathways for Colombian talent to thrive - offering stability, professional dignity, and true career growth.
